● Wuxi Triumph was founded in 2004, and now is the famous LNG vaporizer research and development and manufacturing enterprise in China. Triumph own a full set of special equipment designing, manufacturing, integrated skid type, installation and other qualifications. The factory area covered is 40000m2, with 300 employees and an output value of 300 million RMB. Triumph has obtained 53 national patents. Now Triumph has been the supplier of LNG gasification equipment for all gas groups and major cities, and is only involved in the formulation of national standards for “China Gas Engineering Design Manual” and “ LNG Gas Supply Unit”.

● Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU), as one of the higher education institutions which enjoy a long history and a world-renowned reputation in China, is a key university directly under the administration of the Ministry of Education (MOE) of the People's Republic of China and co-constructed by MOE and Shanghai Municipal Government. Through some 120 years' unremitting efforts, SJTU has become a comprehensive, research-oriented, and internationalized top university in China.

● Aiming at the prominent problem of gas shortage in China and a series of related policies launched by the state. Combining with the actual situation of "high gasification cost, complex gasification system, cover a huge area and large investment" of urban LNG gas storage and peak shaving station, Triumph and Shanghai Jiaotong University cooperated for research and development for high performance SCV vaporizer for LNG gas storage and peak shaving station to solve industry puzzles and fill domestic gaps .

	Bin Yu The chairman of Wuxi Triumph, participated in construction of Chinese first LNG city gasification station (Zibo Yangzhai), 53 patents inventor, and the only “LNG Gas Supply Unit” National standard drafter.
	Zhiyong Li Deputy Chief Engineer of Triumph, graduated from the Cryogenic Department of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and the only person in charge of “China Gas Engineering Design Manual” , and more than 25 years experience in designing and developing vaporizer.
	Chao Wu Triumph water bath vaporizer, pressure vessel design engineer, with more than 15 years of design experience, participated in the design of a large-scale water bath LNG vaporizer for a number of national key LNG peaking station projects.

	Wensheng Lin Deputy Director, Institute of Refrigeration and Cryogenic Engineering, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Doctoral Supervisor. He is also a member of the National Petroleum and Natural Gas Standardization Technical Committee LNG Sub-Technical Committee, Member of the National Gas Separation and Liquid Equipment Standardization Technical Committee, Director of Gas Branch of China Society of Civil Engineering. He has devoted himself to the research of liquefied natural gas (LNG) technology for a long time and he presides over LNG-related projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, 863 projects of the State, other ministries and commissions of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Shanghai projects and a large number of R&D projects of enterprises.
	Binhui Ruan He graduated from the Department of Refrigeration and Cryogenics of Zhejiang University, and graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a degree in Power Engineering and Engineering Thermophysics.

Common LNG gasification process

● Submerged combustion carburetor(SCV)

We use the high-temperature flue gas as the heat source which generated by natural gas combustion. The flue gas directly heats the water, the hot water heats the LNG coil tubes in the immersion pool. This process requires has consumes fuel, but it has high heat transfer efficiency, small equipment occupation, high automation, gasification capacity is not affected by the climate.

This skid mounted submerged combustion vaporizer (SCV) is a patented achievement  and development between Triumph and Shanghai Jiaotong University.It is the first one developed in China and has obtained serveral national patents.

SCV is mainly used to gasify large flow LNG or other cryogenic medium in LNG receiving stations or large cities.

It makes full use of the high-temperature flue gas generated by natural gas combustion as the heat source.The high-temperature flue gas causes severe disturbance in the pool and efficiently heats the LNG or the other cryogenic medium heat exchange coil immersed in the pool.

It has the advantages of very high heat exchange efficiency,the gasification capacity and gas consumption of about 100:1.4, the equipment occupies a small aread,high automation, the whole skid assembly put into production quickly and the gasification capacity is not affected by the climate.The gasification load can be adjust arbitrarily from 10-110%.
